Positives: staff is professional and pleasant; doctor has a good sense of humor; seems very knowledgeable but the meting w him felt rushed wo time for questions.
Areas for improvement: waiting room is like a 3 ring circus, seemed "worn", more like an AmericanExpress and not especially comfortable; I did not know it would be a 3 hour appointment, if that was communicated when the appointment was scheduled, it bears repeating in subsequent communications.
