Dr. Ryan is terrific. Waiting room is a joke. Obviously overbooked ALL the time. Nothing ever changes. No apologies (except from dr. & he has no control over the overbooking). Someone with authority should take a walk in the waiting room. Very few places to sit & lines are pathetic .

Dr. Ryan was great! I was not expecting to have my laser procedure the same day as my appointment. It turned out that Dr.Ryan had time and I so did I. I was nervous and Dr. Ryan was very reassuring; I was confident that I was in good hands. It was a very busy day with patients and staff were polite, friendly and worked efficiently to ensure there was a steady flow of patients being seen. All-in-all I had a positive experience. I have no complaints and would refer Dr. Ryan and Ocusight to anyone if I was ever asked.

Doesn't rush through the appointment yet gets you out the door in a proper amount of time. Very personable and makes you feel confident in his diagnosis and care plan. Dr. Ryan was great. This is the first time I met him. I had a central retinal vein occlusion and had to have my eye injected with a medication. He explained everything in detail in easy to understand terminology. He promised no pain and I did not feel a thing. Thank you Dr. Ryan.

Dr Ryan is GREAT!! The only downfall is the wait time. 2 out of the 3 times I've been there I've had to wait OVER an hour - that's after eye pics, eye drops and eye numbing. It's be seen from my set time. I wish they would cal patient that they were delayed. I could have come in at 4 instead of 3 and still waited 15-20 min. The staff is friendly, and they do great work as well as Dr Ryan
