As always great experience at Ocusight from quick help at intake desk to being called for my appointment to my actual screening. Jamie did my did my first part of appointment and was friendly and personable. She was the perfect mix of nice and professional. Dr Goodfriend was great- gave me good insights. He has a great manner- you can tell he loves what he does and likes to make sure you understand all things related to eye health and health in general. Great practice!

My experience was with Dr. Tingley and the Brighton Surgery Center for cataract extraction. I could not have been treated better. The entire staff from the receptionist to the nurse who wheeled me to the car was exceptionally kind and friendly. They all made the whole procedure relaxing. There was no pain at all. My post op visit the next day at OcuSight confirmed that all went well. I would recommend Dr. Tingley without reservation.

The entire staff at Ocusight Eye Care Center are the best. The Care that I received was top notch. The staff from the receptionist all the way to the optometrist were all very professional and friendly all at the same time. I personally recommend anyone with problems with their eyes to seek this group out. All my appointments were at 10 Hagen Drive, my last appointment there was a notice their office was relocating to Westfall Rd. Again if you need eye care this group treats you and your eyes were their own.

I have known Dr. Jacobson for perhaps 20 years. When I asked my optometrist who she would go to for cataract surgery she told me to see him. He's friendly, kind, incredibly competent and really seems to care about his patients. Whenever anyone asks who I recommend for eye care I always refer them to Ocusight and Dr. Mark Jacobson.

While the staff and doctors are great, i did not appreciate the new system of communications. I tried a number of times to call to reschedule an appointment and it took a while before I finally got through. But as I said, the staff itself was fine. But if i have to go through the same rigmarole next time, I WILL switch.
