I love Rochester Eye Associates!! Our entire family goes here. Every time we have been they have been very attentive and spend quality time with each and every patient! They are wonderful with children and do there absolute best to make sure everyone is comfortable! Shortly after our son was born we need to visit for a partially blocked tear duct and Dr. Williams was so gentle and kind to our little man, answered all of our questions and showed us exactly what to do if this happened again If you are looking for a great place with amazing doctors and staff Rochester Eye Associates will treat you like family!!

The staff and doctors were incredibly helpful to me during my visit with Rochester Eye Associates. I was able to get in quickly on an emergency basis and the staff was incredibly helpful explaining my diagnosis and I am extremely thankful for their service and support! I would recommend to all of my friends and family!

When I took my daughter in for an apt they had some sort of an advertising event going that day with many people around. I don't know if it was stressful for staff or what but the tech that saw my daughter was very very rude. In fact the Dr was seemed to be very on edge too couldn't nicely answer a few questions any mother would have about her child vision. A few days later I already had a prescheduled apt for my son which I considered missing because of the attitude problems when my daughter was in, but decided to give them one more chance. Next time we had a different tech girl who was very nice and Dr remembered me and expected questions so things went much better. Since second time customer service was better I'm giving an average of 3 stars as first visit only deserved 0 stars

I got my glasses here, what a great selection, and professional staff. They were so helpful and the glasses are perfect. I get so many complements on the frames. Thank you Rochester Eye Associates Team!
