One phone call was enough for me to decide I won't be coming here. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like my call was an inconvenience. If this is how they treat people before they even become patients, I have no confidence in the care that follows. First impressions matter -- and this one was disappointing.

Staff was friendly, but not a very professional office. Personal conversations were carried on while checking in and checking out. Front end staff member was eating while I checked out. A medical concern I addressed with the technician was not addressed by the provider when he saw me. Over all impression was not positive and I have no plan to go back to this Reed Eye Location again.

Been going here since i was a teen, great people every step of the way. Never denied my insurance even with several changes. Very thorough exams, they address all eye concerns and beyond. Very patient-centered practice. Dr. Deeley is the best, just straightforward and makes sure the patient has what they need. In my experience. Thank u Reed Eye-for ur many years of dedicated, caring service to the area.

Billed my medical insurance rather than my eye insurance because I am diabetic. Didn't care that it cost me more for them to do it that way, said they don't like how long it takes the other insurance to pay. Won't give me prescription for dailies without a new appointment despite being measured in their office less than six months ago.
My advice is find an office that doesn't just have their hand in your wallet.

The people in there are miserable, awful And totally unfriendly. They treat patients like animals. The manager in the optical department is an old lady she's awful she doesn't know how to treat patients. She treats people like an animal. I hate that place and people there. Will never go again. They need to attend some training classes on how to treat their patients. They don't even deserve one star. But I can't do the review without the star.

I have been going to reed eye for years and the past few years I had vision insurance to cut down on cost. This past time I went they are now charging an extra fee on top of my eye exam that isn't covered by insurance. I am not getting any different service they are just now going around insurance so I have to pay more out of pocket. I would recommend looking for different eye doctors if you have insurance because they only seem to care about money now.
