Absolutely amazing people. My daughter has been seen by them since she was one and they treat her like part of their family. They made her a custom prosthetic to help boost her confidence and I can not thank them enough.

I've been coming here since I got my very first eye as a young child and they couldn't be better. All the staff is very professional paired with great bed side manner. I see Michael Strauss every time I go, I highly recommend him! It may be a trip getting to them, but they make it worth while. Providing you with the highest quality prosthetics personalized to you completely and always being friendly as can be. I always leave with a smile! Having come here for years I can say they have your best interest at heart. They have implemented a new process that takes nearly all the discomfort out of having your new prosthesis made! They are fast, efficient, accurate, and great people to work with! Couldn't be happier with the work they do and the manner in which they do it in.

I have been going to the Strauss eye family for 40 years and am so thankful that they are here. Loosing an eye is not an easy experience for anyone I'm sure, but having this team of professionals on your side is a Godsend. The work they do is beyond amazing. My newest eye is beautiful!! I am still in the process of working with Mr. Michael Strauss to get the final product, an ocular shell finished but at this point my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Mr. Strauss is so kind, gentle, attentive and gives me all the time I need during office visits. I am truly grateful to my Retinologist for referring me to a specialist that takes pride in his beautiful, in genius work.

Phenomenal!!!!!!!!! Exceeded all my expectations my son is 2 and kids at that age are not the easiest and mike is flawless with him. Takes his times answers any questions and listens. We are so grateful and thankful for him and all the staff !!!

I have been getting my Eye Prosthesis from Strauss Eye Prosthetics since 1984. For a period, I was in Carlsbad, NM., and now live in Augusta GA, no matter, I did and shall continue, to go back to Rochester for my replacements. Truly the best team of Ocularists you will ever find.
