I have been going to Visionary Eye Associates for 3 decades. The doctors are great and the staff reflect the values of the doctors. Super professional and efficient. The waiting room is relaxing and has plenty of reading material . I have had a few eye "issues" over the years and I am fortunate to have been in the good hands of Dr. DiPaulos. The new docs on staff are great as well. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Visionary Eye Associates set the standard for me. Top notch.

Great care! The reception team is great - compassionate when you're not feeling well and willing to laugh at your jokes when you emerge from an exam. Particularly impressed with the docs - always great care and when I had a particularly bad bout of pink eye - again, took the extra time to check in with me and provide treatment that made recovery a lot faster. There is also a great team of stylists up front so if you need a pair of glasses, they really work with you to fit you with a frame that looks great and fit right. They handle things right whether the little check up to the times you really need their help. Love them.

My family and I have gone to Visionary Eye Associates under the care of Dr. DePaolis for almost 30 years. He and his staff are the best eye care professionals I have found. We moved away from Rochester several years ago. I have I tried to find an eye doctor as good as Dr. D, or his staff that backs him up if he is out of town, but I have poor vision and need a very strong prescription in both eyes. He is the best at fitting me well with contacts. Even though I have moved I try to schedule eye appointments around my visits back to Rochester. You will not be sorry you made an appointment with Dr. D or any of his other staff. They are exceptional.

After going to two other ophthalmologists and not feeling really OK with their service, a friend recommended Visionary Eye Associates. That was the best recommendation I've had in a long time. As a result of the first thorough eye examination, Dr Hochreiter discovered an anomaly which resulted in three surgeries and now I have great vision. I am so thankful for his care and skill. Very professional ,very nice, they greet you when you enter. Call for you promptly, explain everything throughly. This trip we needed new glasses, Ron one of the opticians was very helpful in assisting and ensuring we had the perfect pair of glasses explained all the extras so you could really decide if they were needed . I have been a patient of Visionary eye Associates for many many years all of my family and many friends use them. Very satisfied .
