Went a few days ago for an eye exam and new glasses. The process was thorough, comfortable, efficient, and friendly. Vallerie even helped me pick out new frames. Getting new glasses is always really stressful for me- picking new glasses is like picking a new face. This is the first time I've left feeling happy with the glasses I've chosen. This is a great place to get everything handled all at once- exam, frames, lenses, and insurance nonsense.

I had an eye exam here mid June. The exam went fine, they had me in & out fast, but I want sure if I wanted to get frames from them. They wrote down my eye prescription for me, minus the pupal distance. Which apparently you need to order glasses. I called today to find out what mine was & they refused to provide me w mine "we want you to get frames through us". I was told to measure it myself. Never again.

Ken is the optician. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. My glasses were ready in 5 days and cost half what I was quoted at other places. They are not on sales commission so they don't try to sell you high index lens if you don't need them like the other place. Thanks Ken for being so honest. Love my glasses

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL!!! Don't waste your money. I had my eye exam here three weeks ago. Got my new eyeglasses with the prescription they provided. Very uncomfortable(blurry vision and caused me headache) I know it takes awhile to get used to the new prescription. After a week, still have the same issues. Previously my both eye had slight correction for astigmatism(by other optometrist). So I noticed the optometrist who filled the my new prescription did not test astigmatism at all. So I went back and told them the situation. Scheduled to have my eye re-evaluated. The only answer the optometrist told me was "I don't know why" even after I told her about the astigmatism issue. Basically saying it's my problem that I cannot see things clear. Did not make any effort to provide assistance for me or anything. So I made another eye exam with a more professional optometrist(should've come here the first place) which proves that the prescription I recieved from here is wrong and I DO NEED astigmatism correction. Very upset that I paid $62 for a wrong prescription.

I do not recommend this vision center! The optometrist did not explain what changed with my visions or the results of any of the tests. I had to wait two weeks to get trial contacts and then schedule a follow up before I could get my prescription. Then I show up for the follow up just to get told they need to reschedule AGAIN because the messed up the scheduling. This has been the worst experience with walmart vision center and I do not plan to come back. If you have the option to go to another vision center do so.

Me and wifey called and made back to back appointments for the 24th. Showed up on the 24th, they had my appointment scheduled for the 31st, and didn't even have wifey in their system even though they took all of her insurance info--- very concerning. They did not offer to rectify the situation, the woman at the counter literally shrugged her shoulders. They obviously didn't want our money.
