Received wonderful service. My dog ate my glasses, and they were quick to help, saved my day! Turns out glasses still under warranty so they ordered me a new pair, and They put the chewed lenses in new frames, so at least I can see again. Glad to pay for the frames, glad the beautiful lady helping pointed out I had a warranty. Lots of businesses would have just let me buy a new set (600.00) and may have never mentioned they were under warranty. Very happy with my experience this morning.

Finally broke my glasses I have had for 5 years, now living in a new city.
I called quite a few opticians around Chili,NY and was told by all of them it would be a month before they could even see me.
So I decided to walk into my local WalMart Vision Center, Tina the manger made an appointment for me for 2 hours later! I saw the Dr who gave me a complete thorough eye exam. My glasses came in 3 days later, I was blown away.
Every interaction I had with the staff, which I spoke with all of them....was excellent, SUPER NICE people!! The customer service at this location is off the charts.
I have to admit I was skeptical being a WalMart, but boy was I wrong and happy I decided to give them a chance. I have shared my experience with friends and family and will....and already have referred them.
If you are hesitant, don't be, go see this team, you won't regret it!!
