had a terrible experience with this eye place. Not only did they mess up my schedule for the second time, but I also had to wait a whole month for each appointment, their staff showed no sign of being apologetic and we're not kind. Despite their promise to call back, they never bothered to do so. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of communication, empathy and professionalism. I'm very dissatisfied.
