I had an emergency situation and called the office, and they got me in first thing the very next morning. I was honestly pretty nervous, but from the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous, helpful and incredibly kind. Dr. Hates has an excellent chairside manner. He immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The exam was very thorough, and he quickly identified the problem and clearly explained how to remedy it. I left relieved and confident that I was in great hands. Highly recommended.
