I was having an issue with my eye. I walked into the store, and they took me right away to see the optometrist. She was so nice and she helped me right away. They were really wonderful to me. The people working there overall Have a really positive attitude. I was so grateful that they could help me. I'm always very impressed with Visionworks in Rockville Centre.

Anytime I visit the facility. I've always had top notch Care. They're very professional, and they explained things to you thoroughly. The atmosphere is Relaxing. You don't have to wait very long before you are called. even if you called them for an appointment that day, they will try to work you in there The entire staff are polite and cares about their customers

Please do not hesitate to use RVC Visionworks for any of your optometric needs. I've been going to there for years and have consistently been happy with the service. Today I had gone in to repair/replace my frames that I broke during a fall. Optician Tom C. was very friendly and helpful; he advised me of all available options and had a replacement ready before I left, which made me so relieved, as being without my glasses was causing me to feel very stressed. Thank you, Tom C. for your wonderful help! And to anyone looking for optometry services, RVC Visionworks is the best!

It is always a pleasure coming in for my family's annual check up. Everyone in your office is courteous, professional, friendly, and informative. I walked into the vision works to replace my frames that broke. I was greeted by an associate very friendly. I told him my situation. He had me sit down and another associate came over to help me out. I believe his name was Tom or Tim. He was exceptional Karen, he took care of my situation. With such grace, I was truly impressed by him.

Tom C the optometrist gave the greatest service. Tom C professionalism was outstanding. Tom C was courteous. Tom C was very mannerable, knowledgeable and he explained everything very precise. HE SHOULD BE AWARDED BY BEING PROMOTED TO MANAGER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KINDNESS, is what everyone should display. Tom C did Amazing. Communicated very well, And was very helpful.

Picture shows glass lenses AFTER they have been cleaned by Visionworks! Notice the left lens and how awful it is. Horrible quality lenses. I purchased the most expensive lenses the establishment offered on Dec. 2023 (1 yr and 7 months ago); scratch resistance, fog resistant, transition, super thin, pretty much the Mercedes Benz of lenses. I figured since my insurance only pays for glasses once every two years, if i get all of the bells and whistles they will last me the full two years. Fast forward to today. The right lens is perfect, clear and no issues but the left lens is super smudged. No matter what I do I can't get them to be clear. I went to the store to get the store to do something about it because it is obviously a defective lens. They start telling me how i don't take care of my glasses and it is my fault. My response; "how can it be my fault if one side is perfectly fine and the other one is messed up. They both had the same exact treatment. Its not like i can take the lenses apart." Their response, "if there isn't anything else, you can either buy new lenses or leave as there isn't anything we can do for you." Very bad lens quality; definitely not worth the $610 I paid for the lenses alone! Don't spend your money here! In addition, I clean my glasses with specialty lens wipes from Zeiss. UPDATE: Just ordered new glasses with lenses that are much better quality and have more features for $269 from an unrelated retail location in Queens WITHOUT any insurance being applied. Visionworks is a rip off! Don't spend your money here

This was my first experience at Davis Vision Works in RVC, and I highly recommend them. Elizabeth went above and beyond to assure I was satisfied. I cannot wait to get my new prescription. Thank you everyone for making this such a pleasant experience..
