First of all, the female receptionist at the front desk was excellent not only with me but also with the other patients. Dr Shakin was very informative. Had NO hidden agenda and was very frank in his explanation of each photo etc. Felt assured after the visit. He is a very caring doctor.

I went for my regular visit. I had a dye test done which caused some pain after it was put in with a I.V. They put some ice packs on my left arm where they administered the dye. I felt extreme pressure until it subsided. They took good care of me.
