I have just returned to this office after many years and I am so happy with how it is run that I decided to bring my children here too. The staff is exceptional. The wonderful women that run the front desk have called our insurance to help my 6 year old get the glasses he needs. The women who help you find your glasses are so Knowledgeable and kind . I have only seen one of the doctors but I have heard excellent reviews about both!! There is also is a cozy friendly atmosphere where everyone is happy!

Great experience at RVC optometric. All the doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to get glasses. They have a wide selection of frames and the opticians are helpful when finding the right pair of glasses. Definitely check it out if you are looking for new frames or an eye exam!

Had my appointment today with Dr. Leibstein...great eye exam. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite with me as this is my first time to need glasses. Comfortable and helpful staff that helped with picking out the correct frames that would complement my face. Looking forward to getting my glasses and see correctly again. In the near future I'll be back to try out contact lenses. Thank you Dr. and your great staff.

My wife and I have been to Dr. Goldberg for more years than we can count. When ever we needed new glasses or just an adjustment there was never a problem. We were treated like family. We will continue to go to them even though (DOC) Dr. Goldberg has retired. He was the greatest. The staff that is there now is just tremendous.

Myself and my family are patients. The doctors are very thorough, caring and take their time with you. They give you all the attention that you need. The staff is Great. The office is very nice and clean. They have a really great selection of glasses. I would definitely recommend.

They had done my eyeglasses 7 Years ago and they were very good. There was an initial issue when I first got them when one of the bands that holds the lens in place broke 2 days after I got it. I had no issues thereafter. Fast Forward to today. A few weeks ago I went there looking to replace my glasses and the experience was less than ideal. I wanted to keep my lens, which were in good shape but needed a new frame. These lenses are very expensive and cost 500 each (1K total and cost of the frames), however it was not about the money. The lenses were in good shape and no need to throw out. I explained to the owner what I was looking for, and she immediately became hostile that I didn't want to replace the lenses too. She said it would be hard to find a frame to accommodate the lenses. Hogwash. Anyway, she intimated that I can't afford the items she sells, which is funny, because if you see my reviews, you know I am flush, even in this economy. I pay cash for most things and rarely use my CC. So the store owners save on the 3.5 to 5 percent Credit Card Fees they are charged by the CC companies. Anyhoo, I told her I have no issue with money, but it goes against my grain to throw away something good and not be able to reuse it. She babbled off some gibberish and walked away from me. I politely told her I would think about it. So I left shaking my head, and strolled over to the other place down the street, and spoke to the owner, whom I know, because he did my custom made Ray Bans 5 Years ago. It cost a pretty penny, but it was worth it. Quality product. Anyway, I digress. I explained to Bruce what happened and Bruce shook his head too. So long story short, Bruce accommodated, found a frame for my old lenses, which I now keep as a spare and I ordered a new Custom Made pair of glasses plus frames, that cost past 1.5K, and I also got a new Custom Made RayBan sunglasses costing past 2K. Also, my BIL and sister also wanted to update their glasses and shades, and spent over 8K for their Custom Made eyeglasses and sunglasses. Bruce was a problem solver and curated excellent Customer Service. He aimed to please. So, just like that, Optometric Assoc. lost over 11K in business, that was all paid for in cash. Folks, it so much better to be nice, kind and listen to your customers. It takes so much less energy, and you can take it to The Bank.

I had a great experience with Dr. Antonio and the lovely ladies of RVC Optometric Asociates today. The doctor was kind, caring, informative and personable. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The opticians were also great as they helped me choose from a variety of frame shapes, styles, and colors, and eventually helped me narrow down to my final selection with no pressure. Would highly recommend this practice!

Doctor was great and getting my glasses was fine, but getting lenses for my 2nd pair was not a great experience. When I picked up my first pair I asked could my other glasses get basic lenses. Was told no problem and said we would let you know when they are ready. I picked them up this morning and was surprised it was much more than expected. The elderly women who helped originally was saying this is what you wanted and it was a bunch of additional things I didn't ask for (anti-glare for example). She then told me it's a good deal and stop complaining. If I knew what was going on I would of expected this and just not got the lenses. I was helped by having the cost go down from 175 to 135, but wasn't too happy about the way I was treated by the elderly woman. She told me to know what my insurance covers and that she has been doing this for 27 years so she knows what she is doing. Mistakes do happen and she wouldn't admit to it. When you go in there please make sure if you deal with this women to make sure she knows what she is doing and she quotes you for everything she does since she forgot and pushed the blame onto the customer.
