Seen quickly, thorough exams and tests, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, gave options for treatment. Doctor and everyone in the office were pleasant and easy to work with.

The waiting room was crowded, but plenty of seats available. The entire wait and office visit with Dr. Shakin was Two hours long, I had been warned it may be two hours. Consultation with Dr Shakin very explanatory and satisfactory

Dealt with Caroline at the front desk and she was so pleasant and made my visit so quick and easy. she even printed out our medical history which I had requested from her, thank you very much .

Dr. Shakin was very personable. Explained my scan. Examined my eyes and explained what he saw abd recommended.

Dr Rhee is one of the best doctors I've ever been associated with. A true professional.

We've spent $12,000 out of pocket at this facility with private paid health insurance and my partner is still blind. Love how they responded saying they notified their teammates. Amazing. Let's see how much they cause my partner to have a panic attack in the future appts and I'll update accordingly. I don't know what these people are doing. We've been coming here for almost a year and they haven't fixed my partners eye. Every month we come in for shots and laser. Every single month we are paying our kt pocket and he can't see at all Last time they said they hit some nerve and my partner almost passed out. .I spoke with him. And he said he was in tremendous pain and the doctor was extremely rough and kept pushing super hard on his good eye with a suction cup and he told him multiple times it hurt and they refused to care. They said they weren't even hurting him. I'd love to shove a suction cup as hard as I could into their only good eye and shot a painful laser into them. My partner was having a full blown panic attack and they kicked me out bc they'd didn't have a pair of glasses... ? In an eye doctor's office...? Sure whatever. I'm upset with how it's being handled. They suggested surgery but we tell them every appointment we can't afford it. They also said even with surgery he may not see and it may get significantly worse so why would we do that? The outcome is basically 50/50 since he's diabetic. They told us they did the entire bottom of his good eye, But then last visit they said only 10% was done, how is that possible? It's been almost a year how are they not done with one damn eye yet? The doctors are too rough with pushing the suction cup in the eye during laser and refuse to listen if you say to stop. If you need to stop because you're crying and having a full blown panic attack and they keep going and then proceed to mess up and hit a nerve, that's not fair at all. The nurses are always very nice. The Asian doctor is nice during the shots and explains things well but he's quick to skedattle out of the exam ASAP! Also they're only open 8-5 which sucks when partner works Monday to Friday 8-5 and he has to request off work one day a month so he has no pto left. They have one Saturday a month at another building but they can't do the procedures he needs or that's what they said. It's just a lot of bad all at once and My poor fiance keeps crying and panicking whenever we go and I don't blame him I wouldn't be strong enough to do this to be completely honest. Part of me feels they should just sedate him and I hate they don't do that. There's no reason they can't. They're suction cupping the eye in place anyway so why can't they ?
