Campolattaro Brian MD

Dr Campolattaro is a fantastic physician but the office staff from front desk to the ophthalmology assistant are rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff does not even stop their inappropriate conversation when a patient is waiting to check in. They roll their eyes, suck their teeth and loudly make rude comments about patients on the phone. The ophthalmology assistant was quick to tell me how none of my child's care prior to this consult was correct; this is completely out of line. It is unfortunate that such a great doctor is associated with this type of staff

Dr. Campolattaro himself is wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. His front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They speak in a condescending manner to the patients and act as if they don't enjoy their jobs. On top of this, they don't give courtesy reminder calls for appointments. They overbook appointments so despite you having an early appointment you will still be forced to wait for an extended period of time- more than an hr or so which is ridiculous in itself because God forbid you have anywhere else to be that day. Beware of booking here due to all of these factors mentioned. Wonderful doctor, poor staff and visiting conditions to say the least.

Brought my one year old daughter to see Dr. Campolattaro for a second opinion regarding her left eye astigmatism. The wait is long and the waiting room is tight, but it was worth it- I immediately felt confident in Dr. C's plan of action. He was very knowledgeable and my daughter loved him. Highly recommend, especially for young children. I will be sticking with Dr. C for all eye concerns.

I came to see Dr. Campolattaro for a second opinion for my daughter. I absolutely love him and will not be going back to my daughters original doctor. However the only downside is the front staff. They aren't very friendly, very short, no people skills and pretty rude. I made an appointment and waited over an hour and a half. I was told by the doctor to come back another day at 7 to check something. The front desk woman told me "I'll pencil you in because he told me so but we have other people scheduled so you're going to be waiting a while" when I asked if I should come at a later time she said "again I'm doing it because he told me but you'll still have to wait" very sad because the doctor is absolutely great and the officer is so clean and nice. Also they do not like to answer the phones so good luck with that.

He is a horrible Dr self centered and I do not recommend..

DO NOT FALL FOR HIM PUSHING SURGERY HE WILL MISDIAGNOSE SO YOU CAN HAVE SURGERY RUN IF YOU CARE

I love & trust this man. The surgery he performed on my son's double amblyopia aged 4 is still going strong. Although he said there was a possibility of additional surgery in the teens, we have yet to see any return of his condition & he's now 14. The office is busy & his front desk are brusk and often unwelcoming. Just smile nicely because it's well worth it.

Dr Brian is an angel. We had gone to him because our 8 yr old daughter had undergone 2 prior surgeries by another Dr. which were unsuccessful. Needless to say we were desperate for help .He confidently told us on the first visit that he knew what to do and assured us his surgery would be successful. We were skeptical after our prior experience but had him do the surgery, It seems like a miracle to us as results are better than anticipated. God Bless him
