Stay away from this office, I have been there only once, they said they are accepting my insurance for my vision check up, i made an appointment went there gave my insurance card and Id paid $30 copay, had eye check up then left. They started sending me the whole bill almost $400 not paid by my insurance because they sent the charges to my insurance company as a medical bill instead of vision!!! Few months of headache many phone calls to office and insurance company finally insurance company paid the 75 percent of the bill but didn't pay the whole amount because they charged as a medical bill instead of vision. Now they are sending me bill of $67 to pay! I called them they are extremely rude and said you signed the paper sir, if your insurance company doesn't pay you are responsible to pay your bill. Ridiculous service and unacceptable way of threading patient! They are trying to cheat the insurance companies and rip of patients as much as they can..i said I'm not paying bill even if they send to the collection! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!

Dr. Bilgin was so great with my young son and everyone in the office helped him to feel comfortable with his first eye exam.
