My daughter saw Dr. Campolattaro he was amazing. The issue I had was the front desk one woman in particular is very standoffish. Don't remember her name but she's short Spanish and is a brunette. This is the third visit that i take my daughter to and she is very nasty and not approachable at all. If it wasn't for that i would give it 5 stars.

Doctor is best in town but their staff is very very very rude. Not at all sophisticated. Even if I go to my eye doctor staff have courtesy to say please sit and put chin on correct place. Staff is so rude to my kids that they never seen rudeness outside like this. My kids learned here how to treat people with rudeness. I am not coming again if I see same staff. Again I have been to 3 pediatric ophthalmologist. Doctor is best here but staff is worse.

I am unsure of the doctors skills as I never made it to the appointment! It took two months to get an appointment. When I walked in with my toddler at 11:30 am I was told it is typically a TWO HOUR WAIT. When I tried to discuss with the staff that this is extremely difficult to do with a two year old, as others said, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Just be prepared if you are making an appointment

I had strabismus surgery about a month ago with Dr. Panarelli, I had visited many doctors and vision therapy centers all with little to no hope that my eyes would work together. Dr. Panarelli made the process feel so light, right after surgery my eyes were completely straight. The redness from the procedure is close to gone and it feels amazing. There is some discomfort for a few days for which I took ibuprofen the first day only. After that it was just seeing how my brain was adapting. I was very scared and doubtful of getting this done. I'm glad I did it. I am 100% happy with the results. He's the best!

Overbooked and overcrowded place, we had an appointment but still spent more than an hour waiting. People are sitting close and coughing all around. Stay away

Wait time is ridiculous 1-2hr wait time even to be seen by the doctor. And the receptionist doesn't tell you up front when making the appointment. When I ask them what's going on, just tells me I have to be patient. Not worth the wait.
