Everyone here was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. From the moment I entered the receptionist/nurse who I feel so guilty I didn't ask her name was so sweet and understanding. You can tell Dr. Sherz is a professional at what she does and has lots of experience. And Jessica helped explain the whole billing process. I've been going to Dr. Scherz for my annual eye exam since 2022. Great clinic, and very helpful staff. I missed out on my original appointment time recently due to some office delays, but the staff was still able to accommodate me. They have new machines that remove the need for pupil dilation. Staff explained the entire process to me quite well. This location is ~40 mins away for me, but worth the drive every year!
