20/20 Optical Center

I was very concerned about choosing a place for my eye exam and glasses as I had read some bad reviews about some of the places in my network. I must say I am very happy and satisfied I chose 20/20 optical here in Shirley. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Eileen knew more about my insurance plan than the people who worked for it. Frank fit my lenses perfectly and they were both very helpful with picking a frame that looked good on my face. The Doctor was good. Glasses came quick and I can see well with my new glasses. Highly recommend this place

My insurance was recently dropped and as luck would have it. My perfect vision wasn't so perfect anymore. I was expecting to spend a fortune! Came here about 2 weeks ago. Had my exam. Figured out the issue and ordered glasses. they came in quick and now I can see again! And didn't spend a lot of money!

Eileen was so nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. She saved our night from the nightmare we dealt with at Custom Eyes in Selden before coming here. Had I known to begin with we would've came here first. I was even supposed to call her back in the morning to follow up regarding some insurance stuff, and by the time I called, she already had everything taken care of for us. Thank you Eileen for your kindness, patience and efficacy! :)

I went to this location for my annual eye exam, I was a little bit not wanting to go in because I had never been there, and normally I am told I need glasses and I have a stigma. Nope I was told perfect eyes ! So I was very happy that I got my annual exam and I was on my way.

I went in to get an eye exam the doctor was very friendly and all I picked out a frame and was having difficulty picking something out since it was my first time having glasses. When I got my glasses I didnt feel comfortable with them the frame was too small so I came back and asked the lady in front desk if I could get an exchange on the frame. She told me she couldn't that she could only give me a discount if I purchased another pair of glasses she wasn't very helpful I don't need these glasses they are to small on my eyes. What a waist of money

Frank ( the owner ) found large frames for my husband which look sharp and fit perfect , he even put a rush on them and shined them up beautifully . He worked with our insurance , they wound up costing less than anyone else around ! Very professional service .

This place was great the dr Who examined my eyes was excellent polite straight forward cute as well lol and very helpful. My glasses came in within two weeks which I'm going Monday to pick up. My insurance covered everything they told me about any extra fees I would of had if I wanted to go a different route no surprise fees and very professional. Thank you guys again
