I had a great experience at Cohen's Optical! They did a thorough eye exam, helped me pick out stylish new frames, and even fixed the lens on my old Gucci glasses. The staff was professional, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service and care!

Both Tina and Christine were extremely helpful and friendly when my partner and I came in. I got new frames and they adjusted his frames so they didn't slide off his nose with ease right before closing. Very pleasant, patient and professional staff, will absolutely be back!

I recently moved to Long Island and I broke my glasses about 2 weeks later. I walked in to this store expecting to deal with the normal naggy retail experience that has become too common these days and I was very pleasantly surprised. I NEVER leave reviews but I was blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff here is. They were able to give me an eye exam with a very short wait and I ordered not only a new pair of glasses but they had the RayBan Meta smart glasses that I've been looking for to use for work to capture pics, videos, and listen to music (attached picture). This store was definitely a pleasant break from the usual retail experience and I will definitely be back!

im guessing they're under new ownership (hoping at least). i've been taking my twins there every year for over ten years. spent way too much money between the 3 of us but I always enjoyed the employees. i called two weeks ago to ask when the last time was I purchased contacts because I thought my daughter ran through them too fast and then asked whether or not the contacts could go through the insurance this time around. the woman who answered asks me what insurance I have, and I told her I didn't remember & I didn't have the card on me. I asked if she could look it up and she said, no, that I would have to tell her who my insurance carrier was. I was so confused. Never had I ever had to tell them this. I give my kids information, their date of birthday & they look it up. so what is the problem now? And she says, sorry, I can't help you. I went physically into the store to ask for copies of their record to go somewhere else to buy their contacts because like I told the lady, how is it that they had an appointmen, and were seen in May of this year, but you're now telling me that their insurance information you don't have on file. i told her this was ridiculous & its sad i would need to go somewhere else after all these years. All she said was sorry and shrugged her shoulders. Well, i ordered the contacts online ( actually cheaper so thanks) and took them to their ophthalmologist all in 1 week so the nasty, cranky, lazy woman did me a favor!

I had went in there to schedule an appointment for an eye exam and the lady had asked for my insurance and information which I provided and she scheduled me with no issues for the next day. Came in the next day, and I'm told that my insurance doesn't cover an eye exam yearly and that it covers one every two years. Now I know it's not their fault that my insurance doesn't cover a yearly exam, but you couldn't of told me this when I walked in the first time and gave you all of my information? Surely they could've looked this up instead of wasting my time!

Tina was very helpful when I was picking out my glasses and had them ready for me in less than a week! This store has so many great options for frames - I got the exact glasses I wanted and even though I have a heavy persciption she was able to make the lens fit in such a thin frame. On top of that the new virtual system is convenient I no longer have to make sure I come in when the doctor is in office because now there is always a one available

We had the best experience ever at this eye care center! My husband, son, and I all came in for vision exams, and the entire process was so quick, easy, and stress-free. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Christine, who was absolutely amazing--she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. It's not easy finding a place that can accommodate a whole family efficiently, but they did it with such professionalism and care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

Christine and Tina were amazing.! They were able to get my husband an eye exam and hook him up with new glasses in less than an hour. They were both so professional and even more caring. They are so knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I would not go anywhere else for glasses. Thank you both for an incredible experience.!
