Suffolk Surgery Center

I recently had the privilege of receiving cataract surgery at Suffolk Surgical Center in Shirley, New York, with procedures performed on both November 6 and November 20. Throughout my visits, I was impressed by the exemplary level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff. From the receptionist who warmly welcomed me, to the nursing team, anesthesiologist, and especially Dr. Arron Avni, every individual showed a high degree of expertise, compassion, and attentiveness. The facility itself was immaculate, well-organized, and operations were conducted punctually without any unnecessary delays. I deeply appreciate the personal attention and concern I experienced, which greatly contributed to my comfort and confidence during a potentially stressful medical procedure. I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone at Suffolk Surgical Center for their outstanding service and dedication. I received my first pain management treatment today the receptionist was able to schedule me same day which was really appreciated due to my pain level. They have absolutely exceeded my expectations. My mom has gone here since 2005 and sees Dr. Groth. She has nothing by nice things to say about everyone in the office. I was treated by Dr. Kahn and Felix, they both made me feel comfortable. Felix was very friendly and even allowed me to forget about my pain for a bit with his humor and conversation. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and kindness this whole office displays. Kindness goes a long way in my book, especially when your being seen for debilitating pain. I received a spinal nerve block and at first was a little anxious about the pain, but Dr. Kahn walked me through each of his steps and it was not bad at all. I look forward to receiving continued pain management at this office. Hands down best experience with medical professionals to date.

Dr Qadeer Pain Management and his surgical staff were great, they were very attentive and caring. Dr Qadeer was very caring, he came to greet me and talk to me and reassured me that the procedure I was receiving was going to work and for me not to worry everything was going to be fine and it was. The anesthesiologist was funny made me laugh and also reassured me that I was in good hands. One of the things I like about Dr Qadeer is I see him in office visits and he does his own procedures which is very reassuring to me he's very gentle and thorough I would highly recommend Surgery Center and Dr Qadeer to my friends and family.

I have had medical procedures twice at this facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. The location is convenient just off the LIE, and the process is efficient. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, with fresh coffee available (important when you can't have any before a procedure!) I would highly recommend this facility.

Very unfriendly Had me wear my street clothes and snow boots into surgical area where procedure was done Nurse had attitude I would never go there again
