Dr. Bob, Kevin, and Mike treated us like family from the minute we walked in the door. Southampton's unique charm and hospitality are part of the DNA here. They tested my eyes and found out we needed to update my wife's and my prescription. Their approach and technology created the perfect blend of new school science and old school experience. After we knew what I needed, they helped me pick out a handsome set of frames that worked very nicely. My temple span is tricky to fit. Either I go practical and get boring, unfashionable frames, or settle for ones that slide off my face and leave me with a headache at the end of the day. Not here! Mike and Kevin helped me narrow my choices and find the perfect frames! I was so impressed that I also picked out an excellent new pair of polarized sunglasses. I have been a life-long Oakley wearer, but I have to say, I think this set by Revo will be my new driving companions. Don't settle for less at a national brand name store, go straight to the best in the business (the drive is BEAUTIFUL and 100% worth it!)

My wife and I have been happy customers of Main Street Optics for years. We must have well over a dozen pairs of glasses and sun glasses. Kevin, the owner, is most accomplished in his craft. The care he takes with his customers is second to none. The selection to chose from is excellent and the attention to detail is superb. I would recommend to everyone.

I am in town visiting family and a screw popped out of one side of my glasses. I stopped in and they happily repaired it. Everybody is so nice and friendly, and I was relieved to not have to wear tape on my glasses the rest of the weekend.

I had an issue with my glasses while traveling. I stopped by the store and Karen promptly greeted and welcomed me. Not only did she quickly access and resolve my issue, but she also promptly contacted her supplier to request a "hard to find" accessory I was looking for. She confidently said, "I will find it and send it to you." (I was a bit skeptical) Within a few days, she reached out confirming that she was able to obtain the item and quickly mailed it to me, out of state @ no charge. You just do not find customer service like this anywhere today! Karen and the Main Street Optics team are customer focused and true professionals. I will never go anywhere else for my eyeglass needs. I highly recommend Main Street Optics!
