Wells and his direct upline leader were fantastic! Called in for a virtual fitting and left the experience with a pair of frames for myself and my wife. The virtual fitting session was relaxed and engaging. Wells read my intake form and had me set up with options already, along with his recommendations, which I went with. The experience was informative, relaxed, and enjoyable!! Frames arrive this weekend!

I'd like to compliment the gentleman called Wells who took my remote appointment from this store in Southampton New York today. Wells' clear passion for the brand really shone through. He understood my personal needs based on my face shape, complexion, clothing style, hair and eye colour to take into account his recommendations. We landed on a pair of dark green Dolt frames in 46 size. He made the effort to show the frames in indoor and outdoor light conditions, which impacted the colour I decided on. Wells also showed me the difference and impact a 46 vs 49 size would make, which was really important to me as I do not live near a Moscot store.
