Each time I arrive for my appointment, and I've been coming for many years, I find the staff to always be professional, I'm seen as scheduled, and in some cases earlier, tests and consultations are always thorough, and each step is explained as to its purpose and process. The staff and the doctor, in my case, Dr. Yu, are always friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend this practice.

Staff is friendly and personable. Doctors explained everything in a manner I could understand. The wait was a little long but I expect that when visiting specialists. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance (elevator in lot) and the examination rooms were able to accommodate my power wheelchair. Although, some rooms and entry/hallways were a little more difficult to navigate than others. Overall, a good experience save for having to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to send the elevator down on a day it was particularly cold.

Dr Kung's office is professional and respectful of your appointment time. I saw Dr. Chan she is through and explains what she sees so we can understand. She helped make a treatment plan and will follow through next visit. The office is clean and well run. I felt very comfortable and confident with my treatment.
Today I was seen for an emergency by Dr. Yu also a very gentle, confident, young eye doctor. Dr Kung shows he cares for all his patients by employing doctors with excellent skills. Thank you
