The Staten Island Eye Doctors

The best eye doctor I've ever experienced- no - the greatest doctor, period! Fantastic customer care, friendly staff and comfortable environment. Through evaluation top to bottom. Educated and easy to communicate with. I wish I would've known about this office sooner. I'm a lifelong customer! Beyond happy with my experience and I'm forever recommending this place to every single person I know in need of prescriptions or evaluations.

Everyone in the office is extremely kind and knowledgeable. They work hard to accommodate their patients and always put in extra effort. Highly recommend!

I wish I had found this practice sooner. Dr. Crespo is kind and very knowledgeable. He actually took the time to explain how I could treat my issues and help prevent further inflammation, which is something no other eye doctor has ever done. The office staff is also wonderful- cheerful and helpful and never rude, which is too often the case with other Staten Island doctors' offices. I will recommend this practice to everyone!

I was diagnosed with keratoconus and dr Crespo was the only doctor who could fit me in a good custom contact lens that provided me with comfortable quality vision and he had so much patience to make it work for me. All my family come here now. I paid thousands of dollars elsewhere for custom contact lenses elsewhere in manhattan and he was able to fit me with a great lens for 50% less than what I paid elsewhere. Highly recommend.

I had not had an eye exam for contact lenses in a really long time as I was wearing glasses due to the fact I work on a computer all day. And of course last straw was I was not able to see up close anymore. My sister and my nieces all use your practice. Always said nice things about the group. I was just being lazy but focal lenses my sister swore. Being a GUY I was like in Costco! Really? I could not say enough how once you walk through doors you are in another world! Didn't realize I was in Costco!! Everyone was so pleasant!!! The 3 people there were just so pleasant! And mind you it was a 9AM appointment on a Saturday! Still made me feel like I was a patient for years! The doctor was SO THOROUGH!!! Took the time and patience to hear all my concerns being I was basically blind seeing up close! Even let me sit at his computer to test lenses out!! And walked out with me answerd all my questions! Ladies behind the counter were equally as helpful and pleasant!! I had an issue left a message and they called me back ASAP late on a Friday! Again I can't say how much of a pleasant experience this was! Plus booking online was so simple!!!! My insurance company doesn't cover contact exams. But expense well worth it did not bother a bit!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! You probably think I am a family member of someone by this point!! lol

Dr. Crespo was very thorough and explained the procedure without rushing me out of the office. He made sure that I understood what was checked out. I think he is great and will use and recommend him to everyone I know. The staff at the front were so friendly and patient and explained everything that they were going to do. Highly recommended.

Excellent , appointment time met, tests performed by techs prior to visit with doctor completed in a timely and professional manner to allow doctors visit To be more in depth. Dr. Lamberson was knowledgeable, with many years of Experience. He explained process well and how eye operates with model of the eye. Reviewed tests and provided new scripts. Felt well cared for by a super team!

Friendly, well prepared, and helpful staff. Dr. Lambertson is very professional and takes time to explain his procedures and findings. His notes from my last appointment 5 years ago, informed his questions and concerns. His diagnoses are more accurate than my ophthalmologists. I highly recommend him. And then step outside his office and Costco has the most affordable eyeglass frames and excellent services.
