CityMD Nanuet sent to this location due to the painful infection in my right eye. I'm also extremely sick with sore throat. This was the alternative to ER. They indicated that this place was ready to accept me right away. I'm now waiting over an hour and a half and still have yet to see the doctor. And one of the assistant (I think her name was Kim) just asked me to sit back at the waiting area because they have another patient, and I'm just a walk-in. I should have just gone to ER. It would have been faster and probably less rude.

my uncle with medical issues has been waiting for over two months for his glasses he spent almost $1000 for. Anytime he or a family member calls they get a runaround about why they're delayed. Apparently the glasses broke while the lens was being installed. No callbacks as promised and no sense of urgency.

Doctor is great, the wait is not. Expect to wait at least 2 hours before being seen. Unless you have nothing better to do with your time find another place.
