The whole experience was wonderful. Moe the technician went above and beyond to help me through the eye exam. He was kind and courteous is an asset to the business. Crystal the manager went out of her way to accommodate my needs and wishes to get my glasses for me at my price range. She also was kind and courteous. I had my one pair of glasses ready in twenty minutes to leave with them. I am happy despite the previous reviews I had earlier read. Great job Stanton optical .

I have visited Stanton Optical two times with urgent issues with my glasses. Crystal was helpful both times in finding me quick replacements, excellent advice, and helped me find affordable options on some great looking glasses. Crystal and Stanton Optical have earned my businewss, so much better than the other options.

This was my first time getting an exam or glasses from Stanton optical and they did not disappoint. I got to my 11:15 appointment a little too early but they got me in a little early to start the exam process. I never had a virtual exam before and honestly it was easy with no issues. Once exam was over I was met by one of the employees named Crystal who helped me select glasses and she was truly amazing. I showed her my old pair I got from Americas best and she explained why they don't flatter my face which was true because I disliked my glasses so much. She helped me find a shape that suited my face shape and elevated my cheekbones she was truly amazing rock star. They have a deal 2 for &79 with a free exam which drew me to going there. I wish they had more or a variety of glasses for that deal so I couldn't get the glasses I truly wanted ( I have birthdays coming up) so I didn't want to spend to much just yet but I know for certain I will be going back to purchase the ones I want Over all customer service was a 10/10 Deal selection was a 5/10 but the entire store of glasses selection id give a 8.5/10 Exam process 10/10 Oh and the best part I was able to receive my glasses within 25 minuets ( didn't get them due to snow storm) but I got a text stating they were ready for pick up. As long as they have the frames in stock at store you can get same day but I believe it's only for plastic frames but either way that's such a win win I'm happy with my choice of glasses and going to this location. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I walked in for a simple eye exam and a pair of glasses, and it turned into a multi-week ordeal of incompetence and rude service. The Issues: * The Wait: Even with a confirmed appointment, I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. * The "Exam": The "doctor" was actually a remote video screen. Nobody told me this beforehand. It felt incredibly rushed, and when I asked questions about my prescription, the technician acted like I was inconveniencing them. * Zero Communication: I was told my glasses would be ready in "3 to 5 business days." Two weeks later, I hadn't heard a word. When I called to check, I was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told they "lost the order" in the system. * Customer Service: No apology, no effort to make it right, just a shrug and a "we're busy." Bottom Line: The prices might look decent on the sign outside, but the headache isn't worth the discount. Do yourself a favor and go to a local optometrist who actually cares about their patients. Avoid this location at all costs.

I had another excellent experience at Stanton Optical today. It looks great with the new update. The environment was friendly and clean. I wanted to get an extra pair or two of glasses to leave at my house or office. I'm a big fan of convenience and their ad said quick appointments and they could make your glasses within 30 minutes. The experience was very awkward. There was only one other customer in there and multiple workers. Despite it being an hour after opening it felt like everyone working was frazzled and running all over the place. I felt like me walking in was a bad thing. It didn't seem welcoming at all. I agree with the other reviews the person that does the initial part of the exam could definitely use some customer service training. I was told one of the core machines for the eye exam was down and Id have to come back just for that. He seemed to quickly forget about that. I didn't mind the virtual consult but he was a bit hard to understand. If you expect to see a physical doctor go elsewhere. What was most disappointing was the selection of glasses. I couldn't find any of the name brands that I normally see. All the pairs were very dirty from being tried on by lots of different people. Normally, the places that I've been to clean those glasses on a regular basis. I asked for assistance and waited 10 minutes. Nobody came over so I paid for the eye exam and left. As I was leaving I was told that their selection isn't great due to the remodel. The part that was awkward was hearing them complaining. One of the workers said something about dealing with a difficult customer and that she wanted to snap her glasses in half. Yikes. If you're looking for a cheap pair of glasses and you don't have anything special that you want for example blue blockers or antiglare I'm sure that you can find a cheap pair and be in and out. If you are like me and you are looking for something nicer and good service I would suggest going elsewhere.

I broke my glasses and I was able to schedule an appointment same day. Mo was great! I picked out a couple of frames and immediately after my exam, I was able to get both pair of glasses and I was on my way and able to see again! I was hoping to get a pair same day and left with two! Thanks Mo!

Nice place to get your glasses. The prices are little high but they also accept insurance so you can get pretty good discounts on your glasses. The staff is also friendly especially Moh is a great guy. Highly recommended
