Totally unprofessional. After several tries don't pickup the call. Changed their office hours but didn't update on the website.
I have took a glass from their pearl street brunch but the power didn't suite me. I requested them to readjust the power. Its almost 2.5 months I don't received my glass. I have called them to know the update the status of my glass a lady picked up my call & informed me that they have changed their location they. She is unable to inform me the status of my glass.

The staff was outstanding kind, courteous, efficient, and extremely professional. They made the entire process easy and comfortable. I have been a very frequent customer for years because I love eyewear and Marzia knows my exact style, is the best optician around, and does a great job with all my glasses! Heba is so sweet and kind as are Emily, Niki and the other staff. I have recommended Marzia and crew to several friends.
The layout of the store was always comfortable with chairs and tables to sit at while being assisted by an optician.
Yesterday , I was very surprised to see that the entire layout of the store was changed! There are no longer tables and chairs to sit at and be assisted at. When Marzia took my eye measurements, she had to do it standing over me as there was nowhere for her to sit across from me as in every other eyeglass place I have been in. It was uncomfortable and awkward. The new setup is very unaccommodating for elderly customers or anyone with mobility/ disability issues.
I sincerely hope you consider bringing back chairs and tables for a more "customer friendly" environment. Thank you for your consideration.

I broke one leg of my glasses frame and came to visit the nearby optical store to see if I could find a replacement frame for two weeks before my insurance cover another pair of glasses. People there was so friendly and nice! He helped me find three pairs of frames that might fit and borrowed me one frame without charge if I come back for the new glasses. So grateful for this offer that save my life in the following two weeks! Definitely will come back!

This place is truly wonderful! The people that work here are extremely friendly and helpful and extremely patient as well. I actually seen one of the girls that work there take care of a very snippy customer but she was very professional and well mannered and well spoken and I thought that was just amazing. She took care of me and got everything that I requested my eyeglasses are amazing I got two pair. They look good they feel good and of course I could see so much better. You should definitely give this place a try if you need any help with your eyes or you're looking to get some glasses or contacts or even sunglasses because I'm coming back to get sunglasses. They have the most cool sunglasses there and I'm going to get a pair soon. Thank you for being so helpful and getting the things that I needed so quickly and efficiently and you are all very professional and kind people.

Sterling seems to be an ironic name because I've never had such indifferent service, in this case from the individual fitting a new pair of glasses. A patronizing attitude, and I am supposed to be the patron...I am paying YOUR salary! I've found that the best businesses, if you can find them, or small local ones with consistently excellent recommendations. When a place gets a 2.8 star rating out of 70+ reviews, its time for the company to check its own vision to read the writing on the wall correctly and either improve or close.

My daughter and I had to start going here because of our insurance. Our old office no longer takes fidelis. This place has no selection. My kid was told to pick a pair of glasses off of one spinning rack. It had about 5 pairs of glasses on it. This place does not keep up on appointments for you. I'm used to places scheduling your next due visit and reminding you of them. Usually you go every year or at least every two years. We have no idea when we are due. My kid needed her glasses adjusted. I looked online for store hours and took her after work. They were closed. The hours online do not reflect their actual hours. Hard to work around their schedule and mine when you have no idea when they are open. The ladies inside aren't very personable. It's been so long that I can't even remember the actual Dr. looking for a new eye dr that takes Fidel's. I feel stuck here.

I had a Saturday appointment which really helped me out. They were very nice and very helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted immediately with a warm smile and inviting demeanor. The receptionist gave me a form to fill out. Once done she invited us to look at the frames we would be using. All the frames were color coded and made it easy to see which ones insurance covered. Then before we even had a chance to pick , the doctor called us. The appointment was for my ten year old son. The doctor was very friendly and patient with my son. The doctor then gave my son eye tests and we were on our way! We chose the frames. They told us to come in anytime if we needed adjustments on frames. My son needs them adjusted now because he stepped on them. We are going there now to get that done. Overall our experience was very good. I would recommend this place to everyone! Very pleased with prices, the service and the cleanliness of this sight. Ty Sterling Optical for our glasses. I ended up getting a pair and so did my daughter who is 24.
