Excellent Experience with Dr. Horn and the staff member, his wife! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Horn and the staff. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Horn is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients truly stand out. His wife is just as kind and professional, creating a warm atmosphere and making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. Together, they make an amazing team. I highly recommend Dr. Horn's office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and exceptional service!!

Dr Horn is not only an exceptional professional at his trade he is one of the kindest people you can come across. After I realized last minute that I was out of contacts before leaving internationally for several weeks, he managed to scour a few samples for me just in time before I left. Go here to get your prescription. Just don't ever buy any frames or contacts. After getting screwed by Lenscrafters I decided to try a smaller local business. Well, it turns out they're all the same. When you buy they'll tell you your glasses are warrantied. Then when you have to have a claim, then they'll tell you there's a $60 charge for the warranty service. So no different than the mega chains. Do yourself a favor, just go online to order your stuff: Warby Parker, 800 contacts, etc. They take just as long at a better price.

I could not be happier with this place!! Dr. Horn and his staff never fail to provide excellent customer service. They all have a polite and welcoming attitude no matter what the circumstances are. In addition, when it comes to picking out frames, the lovely ladies always give their honest opinions. With their help I have never picked any frames that I never received compliments on. These nice ladies really know what they are doing. Dr. Horn always takes his time with each of his patients no matter how busy it gets which indicates he is being very thorough unlike the chain stores. Also he goes out of his way to accommodate with his patients' needs.I know this for sure because he had my glasses ready just in time before I left for vacation. I highly recommend Broadway Optix to everyone. You will not be disappointed. I have been going here for a long time and I never regret it!

I was a patient of Dr. Horn for many years. And recently returned to resume my eye care service with him post pandemic. Dr. Horn has always been very professional and courteous. The problem now is the woman at front counter. She needs updated customer service and diversity training. Customers should always be treated with respect and have thier questions answered properly.

My girlfriend sent me to Dr. Horn's office and I could not have been happier. He was so nice and thorough. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I have had a few bad experiences with the large chain eyeglass stores and was looking for a more personal atmosphere. I found it at Broadway Optix.

This place deserves more than just 5 stars. From the initial phone call,(Ellen was so sweet), then the actual appt. and finally the pick up of my glasses. I felt like VIP. Everyone at Broadway Optix was AMAZING. The place is super clean (following all of the Covid guidelines) and very professional. The Dr. took his time and listened to my concerns. He made sure that I would not only have the vision I needed but also assisted in picking out my frames. And the price was just right. I hate glasses but these are perfect and fit like a glove. Rosie and I have used this office for years and consider them friends. They are a little expensive but they provide professional service and follow up. You get what you pay for is true. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Steve Katz
