The amount of time they keep patients waiting is ridiculous, give yourself a minimum of 2-3 hours for a visit here. Doctors are good but the timing is ridiculous. It's like a factory with no respect for your time.

Clean and organized, workers were kind & parking lots always a plus. Refraction exams are not included in most medical coverages but are apart of the annual exam. Expected a bill if you use medical coverage vs. vision.

Dr. Gerald Da'Versa is definitely 1 of the best Doctors on Long Island !

prices are outrageous for contacts and even if you have health insurance they still won't accept and the wait time just to talk to someone is 30min

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the OCLI Eye Clinic in Valley Stream. From start to finish, my visit was plagued with inefficiencies and a lack of professionalism, leaving me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. To begin with, the appointment scheduling process was chaotic. Despite booking my appointment well in advance, I was left waiting for over an hour past my scheduled time. The waiting area was overcrowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, providing little to no updates or apologies for the delay. When I finally met with the doctor, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. It seemed as though they were more focused on getting through as many patients as possible rather than providing thorough and individualized care. My questions were brushed off, and I left the appointment feeling more confused than reassured about my eye health.

My experience with the doctor's assistant at OCLI Vision was shockingly poor and significantly detracted from my overall visit. From the moment I was called back, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. The assistant was brusque, bordering on rude, and demonstrated a clear lack of empathy. Basic instructions were mumbled and rushed, making me feel confused and stressed. When I attempted to ask clarifying questions, I was met with impatience and dismissive sighs. The preliminary tests were performed sloppily, causing discomfort and anxiety. It felt as if the assistant was simply going through the motions without any genuine care for my well-being. Furthermore, their overall demeanor was unprofessional; they seemed distracted, and their interaction felt impersonal and detached. This assistant's substandard conduct not only made me uncomfortable but also made me question the overall quality of care at this clinic. I would strongly advise OCLI Vision to seriously re-evaluate the training and performance of this staff member.

Large eye care office. Friendly staff and doctors. Fast service.

Dr D'aversa and his team are absolutely wonderful. I had a terrible eye infection and could barely see, and went there to have it treated and he got rid of it in a week. The wait times are short, the staff is awesome and the prices are great considering I have no insurance! Never been to an eye doctor before this but I will only go here in the future. 10/10!
