I wouldn't recommend cohens to my worst enemy. My eye exam I was told by the doctor that my eye sight has gotten so bad that I need special lenses. Then when I wanted to put my prescription in my frames I was told that I could not due to my prescription. I had to pay $700 for my prescription to see with. When I come to pick up the glasses I ask if I could put this script in my frames the worker states yes you can put it in there. I ask then why was I told by your worker I could not resulting in a $700 bill the worker runs to the back and another man comes out and talks in circles then when I ask I only use these glasses when I read and he said yes. These are only readers. No you can't return them so I'm stuck with $700 readers because people are money hungry. Update I just noticed they put the wrong mailing address on all my documents.

I just learned my mother was scammed. The sales person appeared to be nice. But yes like the previous review posted the sales person was a very fast talker and charged my mother more than double for 2 pair of frames. Didn't even give her a bill showing the break down of services rendered, but took her card and charged an arm and leg!!! Need to know who is the owner of this place as I will be contacting BBB and my mother's bank reporting fraud. Taking advantage of older people is a crime. Shame on you for this. Adding photos to show whats the real price of the frames she purchased!!! They charged her $2500... I'm sick to my stomach thinking about this.
UPDATE : Went to the store and was told "I don't make the prices it is what it is' and was given some made up invoice. Manager calls, and tries to justify the negligence done and ends the call.
Looks like a legal matter...
