Cheaper Peepers

I've been going to this location for a few years, ever since the Springfield Gardens location closed. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and my visit on June 7th was no different. I was fortunate enough to have Geo assist me with selecting new frames, and he was amazing! Geo was patient, knowledgeable, and honestly fun to interact with. I highly recommend this location, and will continue using their services for the foreseeable future.

Love this place everyone is patient. The service is awesome from the time you walk in the door. The Dr. is so patient she doesn't rush you she takes her time and explain everything. All the guys just amazingly professional. Shout out to whom I Joe been with him for 4yrs, newly met Chis he was awesome and the other tall gentlemen, I couldn't get his name but he was so very helpful and pleasant. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very attentive and exceptional. Gio the customer rep as well as Dr Weinstein were very attentive to providing proper vision correction and service. The store is a fine place to patronize especially for such an important service!

I have been going to cheaper peepers in Valley Stream since they first opened years ago by the green acres mall. They have moved to sunrise highway in Valley Stream. There service is impeccable, they are courteous, patient, & they get the job done. Joe is one of the nicest people i have ever met. I highly recommend them for your optical needs.

My son and I recently went to this location since the location we use to go to was closed down or moved. Although this is a Lil bit further it was well worth the trip. From the initial phone call with Chris to meeting him in person, it all went great! He is so professional, friendly, and courteous. Great customer service for sure. He explained everything to us from the style of frames to the different kinds of lenses and how they work. On our second trip back to pick up our glasses, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe. Again from the phone call of letting us know our glasses were ready to up to the meetup everything went great. He was very professional, attentive, and patient with us as we modeled our glasses and made sure they fit properly and could see out of them well. We were very happy with them. He assured us if there were any problems, we were more than welcome to return and they will fix it. We are very happy with our purchases and their service that we will be returning for all of our frames and lenses needs. We highly recommend this location!

GEO is the Best. Very informative and knows style. Took his with time me and I brought multi pairs. Have a wonderful experience. Will come back.

When you go in to see Joe and Chris it's like going in to see friends. Hence, you get friendly, personable but also knowledgeable and professional service. Joe picked out all the glasses that would come into question for me, and I didn't find anything further that came into question. He was right. He gave me space to choose and to decide on added features for the lenses. No sales talk, just the facts. I sure appreciated that. I had a problem with one of the two styles I bought, and, after other possibilities had been ruled out and the problem pointed to the style of frame, there was no hesitation in fitting the lenses to a different style. I am very happy with my purchases and happy with the friendly comfortable atmosphere. I once stopped patronizing a small store that changed ownership because the family-like atmosphere that had existed had been sacrificed for just business. Cheaper Peepers has two long walls of eyeglasses in different price ranges plus there are designer frames, but Joe and Chris make the store and a difference.

I had a wonderful experience at the Cheaper Peepers location at 100 Sunrise hwy in Valley Stream. Joe is awesome and very friendly and accommodating. He was very patient and informative while helping me choose my frames. I highly recommended this location.
