I am so glad I chose Dr. Weinberger as my optometrist! He is very kind, thorough, and explained everything/answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed, Dr. Weinberger took his time to understand my vision and help me get the right contacts for my high astigmatism. It was simple and quick to make an appointment. His attitude, efficiency, and excellent independent practice is a fresh of breath air from the many corporations buying up medical offices throughout the past decade. He also clearly explained the insurance aspects and what next steps to take. Dr. Weinberger should be your ONLY call when looking for an optometrist in the Five Towns/South Nassau area. Dr. Weinberger is a phenomenal doctor and human being. I had an emergency and showed up at his office on his day off. Instead of turning me away and discarding me like a piece of paper in the wind, he opened his office just to examine me. He was very respectful, courteous, and truly cared about my well-being. He took time to explain every test he was doing and asked for permission before proceeding. This was honestly the best experience I had at any doctor visit. I highly recommend him to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

This past Saturday was my first visit with Dr. Weinberger and he was AWESOME. Very personable & attentive. When making the appointment, he introduced himself and explained what the appointment would entail. The day of my appointment there was unexpected snowfall. He called me to be sure I traveled safely and that he understood the delays. I appreciated his call. Once meeting Dr. Weinberger, he explained in detail what my insurance covered to be sure I was made aware of all pricing before examining. Overall, my visit was pleasant and quick. I would definitely recommend his services.

I called Doctor Marcelle Weinberg to book an appointment regarding a fitting for contact lenses. He personally answered the call, he was extremely friendly on the phone and offered me an appointment at a time that worked best for me!
Appointment day, I was seen immediately. The doc first did a thorough
eye exam, then explained me the benefits of different choices of lenses and which would work best for me.
Doctor Weinberger was extremely warm, friendly, caring and passionate about his line of work and treating me with utmost respect and care. This was the first time i considered contacts and i felt totally reassured that i was in great hands.

I took my 6 year old daughter for her 1st eye exam and I have no regrets. Dr Weinberger made my daughter feel comfortable and welcoming.. He explained every detail of the exam to both me and my daughter. Since then I recommended my mother and upon her visit he detected a cataract to which my Mothers previous optician didnt....my mother did her surgery to remove the cataract and is doing great thanks to Dr. Weinberger....I have also paid him a visit and got my eyes tested last Saturday... He is an absolutely AMAZING, DETAILED and KNOWLEDGEABLE Optometrist. I would recommend him to anyone...

I'm not one to leave reviews, but Dr. Weinberger truly deserves 5 stars!! I had an eye emergency at 8 pm and was ready to go to the ER for it because I was in severe pain. I gave Dr. Weinberger a call and he told me to come right in. He not only helped my eye tremendously, but he did so in a very caring manner. He explained everything and made me feel at ease through the whole process. I am so thankful that he was willing to see me at 9pm and that he helped take away a great deal of my eye pain instead of having to wait until the morning. I came in for an emergency, but will definitely be using him for glasses and to get contacts as well. Very thankful for his help!!!!!!
