Christopher is the most outstanding vision center manager I've ever met. Calm, cool, collected, funny, smart and truly accommodating. He worked with me and my teenage son for literally hours helping us find the right looks and styles. I would 100% recommend Christopher and will be back here again and again! He's a super star!!!

Exceptional service at the Green Acres NY location. The optometrist was thorough, efficient and recommended eye drops for my dry eyes. I was able to get my eye exam AND glasses under $200 with no insurance. (Sidenote: I did get the cheap frames with no additions.) Niky was amazing, well mannered and welcoming. I recommend Walmart Optical 100%.

The doctor was great. The staff was friendly yet clearly deceptive and evasive and lacked basic knowledgeable about lenses. They must an employee incentive contest because they kept trying to steer me to a certain type of lens. First time in 30 years I'm getting my glasses elsewhere than Walmart..

I had a great experience at Walmart vision center in valley stream. The staff were great, and the optometrist Dr. Nigam was wonderful. I went on a friday morning around 11am. It wasn't crowded, and the eye examination and choosing glasses frame seem to go quickly. I would definitely go back next year!

I went there to get glasses for myself, but the people working with there, were having a family talk, and made me wait for more than 15 minutes. And, when I get serious, there were very rude, didn't properly speak, and made excuses on my prescription, and didn't welcome me inside. I would ask the manager to work with the vision staff at Walmart, and at least ask them to keep their cloths clean.
