I was seen and was told that my eyes "look great" and was scheduled for a yearly check-up afterwards. During the appointment, the doctor did not check my vision, nor did he address the actual reason that I was there. On the way out, I asked for my prescription and was given one even though my eyes were never checked. Additionally, I went to be seen for another reason and asked if the doctor could take a look at my eyes as I was having symptoms related to my autoimmune condition. The reception yelled to the nurse that I would like to be seen, the nurse scoffed, and said they didn't have any appointments. The staff is rude, and the care received is subpar.

Went in for a 10AM appointment that was made a year ago at my last appointment, to hear the doctor I was seeing retired at Thanksgiving. My appointment was 3 weeks later. Now, this is in December, sketchy weather and they wait until you come in for appointment to let you know the doctor retired 3 1/2 weeks earlier. No phone call, no letter letting you know so you can reschedule. No, wait till you drive into town and then say, sorry, your doctor retired, we will have to make you another appointment 3 months later. Also, no customer service from the girl at the check-in window. Talking to someone at her desk, can't even take 2 seconds to look up and acknowledge you're there and will be right with you. Would have loved to leave a 'zero' for stars.

Used to attend until one of their staff just got arrested for forging a doctor's note. If they do that, cant imagine how they handle your records! Good thing I cancelled my appointments a long time ago because I won't be going back! Super sketchy.

DON'T GO. They will dialate your eyes and not tell you even if you are going back to work. Then they will continue to make appointments for yearly check ups instead of the reason your actually there. 0 stars seriously go anywhere else this staff needs serious training in communication skills as they all just repeat themselves and look like deers in headlights when you tell them why you are there.

Staff and Dr's. Especially nice. Very thorough. Good experience. Very comfortable through surgery. Results really surprised me. Thank you for giving me great sight back.

I waited 8 months for an appointment, only to be told the automated system "cancelled" my appointment when I arrived there. I never received a call about a cancellation. Stay away from this business, waste of time.

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. I made an appointment for 12:30pm. When I got there they tried to tell me my appointment was for 12:15pm and because I showed up 15 minutes late I couldn't be seen. They left a reminder call the day before with no information on it "patient's name has an appointment with provider's name at date at time" was exactly how it was stated. Maybe if you change someone's appointment time, you should fill in those blanks so the person knows! Waiting room was totally empty so maybe that should tell a person something. Beware! If you schedule an appointment with them, confirm it yourself and show up 2 hours early in case they change it on you! Will not waste my time going back!

Would not recommend! Had my first appointment today at 10:45, waiting room was packed,heard many people saying they have been waiting 3hrs or so , should have left then, i got called in fairly quick to have an exam and eyes dialiated,then put in hallway to wait,close to 2hrs of waiting with 6 people ahead of me, I guess it was lunch time,as they all went in and out for the lunch that someone brought for them ,which I think was a sales rep! I understand they deserve lunch but we as patient deserve better than just sitting there for hours, alternate your help and mange your time better!! And if you can't handle so many patients then don't take them on,I would of have rather been told you couldn't take me on, than waste my time in waiting,so I could have gone somewhere else!!
