We absolutely love the customer service. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The ladies up front were friendly, helpful to which glasses looked best on me and my husband. They also explained my insurance. A first class experience!

As always, my visit was as easy as pie! The staff is always pleasant and professional! The Doctor always happily answers my questions and concerns, and Kim is always a pleasure to work with! She always walks me through the buying process, with a professional attitude, a great knowledge of your programs, frames and lens choices! Kim is a real asset to the Watertown store! I highly recommend the Watertown location BECAUSE of the Staff!
