Not a lot of personality at the front desk but once you get past that it's a great experience. I got there and was seen quite quickly. The testing they do is pretty impressive and my testing tech was great. The doctor is virtual but I felt she sincerely was listening to me about my eye issues and trying to help me. The young lady who was helping me with choosing glasses and explaining different things I can do to the lenses that might help with my eye concerns. She was over the top nice and patient when going through everything with of her her explanations. You don't see enough people like her in this day and age out in the business world. Would not hesitate to recommend a friend to go here.

Worked with 4 members of their staff and everyone was awesome; the retail folks handled traffic in the store really well and gave me as much 1:1 attention as I needed. They and the technicians and the doctor were all super knowledgeable and friendly and I had a great experience over all. Facilities were great, the technology has come a long way as well. I will definitely continue to come here

Horrible customer service. When you call you can't even talk to a real person. I asked if I could get my prescription. They said come to store . I drive over a half a hour each way and they were closed.I asked them to mail it. It took a long time to come. And was expired when I got it. I loss my glasses and can't work without them. I was gonna buy a new pair untill I got one with my insurance. They have done everything to NOT help me. I'm so done with this place. Horrible experience every time. Just unacceptable behavior.

It's nice when you have people like that when it comes to these decisions, especially if you can't decide on frames and you have 1 million on your tray she needs a raise! I just really want to say I loved my experience there. Good selection of frames and the price was just as nice.

Called for a appointment had to book it out 7 weeks which wow then had rude staff telling me we don't combine any promos with insurance instead of listening to my question al the way through was looking to get a additional pair of sun glass as well as my script was willing to pay out of pocket for them but the heavy set lady in the front with blonde hair would not listen. Was really pissed that i got charged 20$ extra dollars because they use tell a health this was not my choice and should be de closed, over all was sent to another eye doctor that has one in office because they can not dial-ate eyes unbelievable. Sad thing is this was the best place 10 years ago

Walmart does the exam and glasses cheap.
