I can't say enough good things about this place. I originally chose it for my Father because they were a preferred provider for Humana.
As soon as we walked in the easily accessible first floor office we were greeted by two cheerful woman with a welcoming look on their faces. The room was bright and cheerful as well with a big picture window to look out.
We were promptly taken back for vision tests in a timely manner according to our appointment time. The woman that tested my Dad was very good with him understanding he was an Alzheimer's patient. Dr Shelton was right on time as well. She was so friendly and patient with my Dad who kept telling her he didn't need glasses. She showed us his eye pictures and explained them to us. She was just a combination of friendly and professional as was the whole office.
Next, we proceeded to look for frames and found very reasonable prices. We found a pair very quickly and the woman who fitted him for frames was just as pleasant and helpful as the rest of the office. This place is truly a gem.

I'm not a patient here, prefacing with that. However, I was treated very well. I was in the Thousand Islands for my honey moon and ran out of contacts on the 1st full day of our trip and didn't pack my glasses. They were the only optician in the area carrying my script and brand in store and when I got there, they gave me 10 days worth completely free. I walked out with happy tears, they seriously saved our honeymoon. Thank you Original Eyewear!!!

The best place to make your glasses is that they are made of very good material and are not like the ones at Wal-Mart that do not help you see well if they do not damage your eyesight and are of poor quality. I bought 2 pairs at Wal-Mart and the 2 They damaged the view here I already have 2 pairs and I love them, no problem. Also the staff is very friendly unlike Wal-Mart.
