I purchased New glasses. When they came back, I could not read anything with them. Becky helped me to get new Frames because the other ones didn't work well. I picked up the new Frames, but I had trouble reading with them. I had to maneuver them on my nose to see clearly. I took them home and tried them for a week. They gave me a headache. I made an appt to come back. I asked for Becky. She was wonderful. She checked my prescription. She took my glasses and adjusted the frames and the nose pieces. Now they fit perfectly and I can see clearly and read without problems!! Thank you so much Becky! She is wonderful and deserves recognition! Give her a raise!!!!! Thanks so much! A loyal customer!!!

I purchased a pair of glasses, a pair of reading glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. I had issues with my lenses in my regular glasses getting all scratched up for seemingly no reason soon after I got them. They replaced the lenses. I was really pleased they backed their product. Then several months after I got them one of my grandkids stepped on the glasses and bent the frames. I called Walmart Vision & Glasses and they said to bring them in, they'd see if they could fix them. They replaced the frames in less than ten minutes and told me it was covered under warranty.I was so happy and surprised. I will always go back to Walmart for my glasses because of how they stand behind their products and because of the warranty. I highly recommend Walmart Vision & Glasses to anyone with kids. I remember my son damaging his frames soon after he got them as a pre-teen and the optometrist had us pay for another pair.

My initial experience with Dr Butenko was alright but I told them I would be ordering my glasses online, so I requested my prescription. My pupillary distance (PD) was not on the prescription. I called the next day to get it and was told by Michael that they do not give out the PD unless the glasses are purchased from them. So I looked it up. According to the Federal Trade Commission they are legally required to give this to me as it is part of my prescription. So I call back. This time Michael says that they don't give it out over the phone. I say "fine I will come down right now and get it". Michael says "We only give it out if the Dr is here". So Michael is not only a liar he seems to be incapable of sharing correct information. I will be returning today after work. I'm not sure if I even want my script from them after being lied to so many times I don't know if they will intentionally give me an incorrect script. I will refer people FAR away from the Walmart vision center for the rest of my life.

8/4/2023 - still trying to require masks! Don't tell you ahead of time, but right before you are suppose to get your exam! If I had known, I would have gotten an appointment elsewhere!
The optometrist is obviously a hypochondriac! BTW the staff doesn't have to wear a mask...
