First and most important, the on-site staff is terrific
The remote eye exam process is not good. I do not recommend participating. A routine 30 minute appointment took well over an hour. Three photos/videos of my eyes, the long upload process for each effort, the Dr review, the Dr instruction to look this way or that way for all three efforts.
I was told it would take longer.
I did not expect a 70+ minute excursion.
The staff on site was wonderful.
Further, I've worn contacts for 30+ years. The after all this, I still don't have a finalized contact prescription. Ridiculous.

Purchased glasses on Feb 2nd and were ready a week later. Was not able to see through them at all when I went to pick them up. They said they would have them reworked and have them expedited so they would come back right away but that never happened. When I first walked in they said it would take 7 to 10 days but I would think having them reworked and expedited would be less than the original 7 to 10 days but millennials and Gen Z do not understand what that means. Do they ever go through a day where they aren't incompetent? This is the norm for them and if you call them out on it then it's a total meltdown and trip to therapy for them.

Called this morning for an emergency visit due to pain I was having in my eye. Lex picked up right at 9am when they opened and was able to get me an appointment with the doctor that afternoon. She was so incredibly nice and helpful, and I had a great experience with the doctor as well. He was able to see me quickly, diagnose my issue, give me information that I could easily understand, and even helped make sure that I was able to get my prescription eye drops. Incredible service, highly recommend.

Went for an eye exam, one pair of glasses - nothing fancy or name brand, and one pair of contacts. First impression was the not so friendly lady at the counter- should have just left but went ahead and did the exam etc. After spending $220. (Far cry from the $89. exam and cheap glasses that is advertised ) I picked up my glasses and was asked if I wanted a hard case. Hard case as in a literal 2 cent piece of plastic. Absolutely not one employee smiles or is welcoming

I scheduled 5 appointments for my family a month in advance. The week before I was bombarded with emails and texts to confirm my appointments. The evening before, they canceled all of them because they didn't have the right cord for a piece of equipment. I will not reschedule. They just lost 5 customers to Visionworks in the same plaza. They should have just asked them for a cable.

Set up an appointment for an eye exam. They informed me a doctor would not be present days later, but they would be present via phone/internet. What did I make an appointment for. Unlicensed people do the procedures with overseen by the Internet. WTH

Isabella was extremely helpful. She took her time adjusting my glasses so they fit perfectly. She understood exactly what I needed and made minor adjustments based on my needs. I'm quite picky and yet she was patient, personable, and took the time and care to provide me with excellent service. It's rare to receive excellent customer service these days. Isabella was incredible!!
