The staff on site are great. However I brought in my prescription Ray Ban sunglasses to get new lenses after my prescription changed. The place the glasses got sent to completely destroyed my glasses. I was not offered a refund. Instead my only option was to replace my Ray Bans with a completely different frame off the shelf.

Got my eye exam in less than an hour. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. The technicians and doctor were very pleasant and easy to understand. The eye glasses were buy one get one free so that was great. So glad I decided to try this service at BJ's. Used Whelpley and Paul in the past and it was a disaster. BJ's made this very easy and more updated with current technology.
