Pearle Vision

I've been going here about two years now and I'm glad I switched from ocusight. I don't feel like just a medical record number here. The doctor is thorough and good beside manner. He professionally answered my questions in regards to contacts and I also had a follow up for the fit which never happened at ocusight. The opticians and support staff have been super helpful and I never felt rushed picking out frames or going over insurance documents. Great place if you're looking for a more personable experience.

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was friendly and helpful. When I asked what my insurance covered, they provided me with a thorough breakdown for the frames and lense options I chose. I have never received this before. I appreciate the attention to detail I received.

I've been a regular customer at this location since I moved here from Boston in 2016. I have experienced nothing but top-notch service from the staff in its entirety. The new eye doctor (2022) is absolutely wonderful, professional and has your best interests in mind for the type of tests and lenses that you might need. The store is always clean. Equipment & diagnostic machines are brand new. You can choose from their line of frames, but I've always brought in my own -they never turned me away. Again, very hospitable staff and extremely knowledgeable about what the best type of lenses are right for you. Thank you.

My wife and I had separate appointments here a couple weeks ago and the customer service was fantastic. I don't remember everyone's names but Savannah(?) and the rest of the team were awesome. I really appreciated how welcoming and kind everyone was - they also did an exceptional job of explaining things to me as both a customer purchasing and a patient being evaluated. One of the best customer service experiences I can remember at any company.

The exam was thorough, the staff was friendly, and they helped me find frames that actually fit my face. I felt well taken care of from start to finish--highly recommend if you're due for an eye check or need new glasses

Note - the email I used is anonymous on purpose. I have left a coupe of reviews on local sites as well as Pearle Vision itself. The employees at Pearle Vision in Webster, NY were fantastic. I want to point out an employee who has excellent customer service, you can tell she truly cares about her patients and her commitment to her job.I will only use her name abbreviation for safety but CK was/is a wonderful employee to work with. She was very patient with me (I usually have lots of questions and can be very picky) but it didn't even cross her mind I was taking up a lot of her time which I thought was amazing. She helped me find the perfect eyeglasses I wanted. I had already looked at a total of 2500+ Rx glasses online.I told the person with me I seriously doubted a local store like this would not have what I wanted. I was VERY wrong, and she insisted I look locally instead of buying another crooked pair online with the PD vision being incorrect in my progressive lenses to go to Pearle Vision in Webster. The last 2 pair I purchased online were a disaster buying online and I never wore them. I walked in not even thinking I was going to buy. But I did thanks to CK. I left after spending over $850+ (I bought a designer pair with lots of bells and whistles before the insurance and discounts brought down the price significantly) and I know I will love the pair I get. They had to order them and she had to take special measurements due to my eyes) All companies should have employees like her to help with revenue and happy customers. I will absolutely return to Pearle in the future for all my glasses needs. Sunglasses next and for a long time to come. Thank you very much CK, you don't realize how much your time will keep a customer like me continue to come to Pearle for a long period of time.

Dr. Van Cura is very thorough and clearly explains my vision issues. The staff are very friendly and helpful in selecting my new frames. Wide selection of frames. A good experience.

Love the staff at Pearl vision- they are amazing. Been a patient for years. They work together as a team to make sure all the customers are taken care of.
