Today I brought my elderly mother back to Robbins eye associates pick up her new reading glasses. Just a week before we were there for her exam. The staff went out of their way to accommodate her needs due to limited mobility, and deal with her failing memory with kid gloves. Today instead of making her go into the office she was met at the car and actually fitted while seated in the car to make things easier for us. Anyone caring for elderly parents with frequent Dr. Visits appreciates an office that promptly greets patients and efficiently gets through their appointment.
