I was in the area and needed a repair on my glasses. The young lady who helped me took care of the repair, which included replacing parts, and refused to take payment (which her co-worker agreed was not necessary). Mind you, these are glasses I've had for a long time and didn't purchases from this location. This may have been a small repair for them, but it was a big deal to me. A+ for kindness and customer service.

It's an excellent place. They gave me my eye exam and the results. The person administering the exam was very kind and patient. The doctor was incredible and explained my results. They treated me very well and were also attentive to the children. Thank you, America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.

I went to the White Plain NY location and had a very different experience than I had before. Senika helped me and she was wonderful. I wasn't rushed she talked me through each step. She was very hospitable. Even when I went to pick up my glasses she greeted me and made sure everything was how we ordered together.

Great staff!!!! Very spacious place with a large selection of glasses. Very clean and spacious bathrooms.
Appointment was right on time.
The staff, Dr. Lang, Denise, Joanne and Sanike were all very proffessoinal and sociable at same time.
I don't know which one was the lady at counter when I came in and had a little coughing fit due to eating while walking. She ran and got me a bottle of water.
Place is wheel chair friendly.

The service is always great starting from the receptionist to the optometrist. I have always been treated with courtesy and the optometrist does a very thorough job in examing my eyes. The optometrist takes her time in examing and I always come out with great eyeglasses as well as contact lenses. I would highly recommend them.

This place has the worst customer service ever. The staff is very rude and I would not suggest going here. All the receptionist was able to do was fumble with logging into the system while gossiping about other staff and cursing the entire time. Afterwards, she told me my insurance was not accepted after I my insurance company told me that they do. A complete waste of time, they had my information and couldn't contact me about my insurance prior to me spending time driving over and showing up. It hadn't even hit the afternoon yet and this receptionist's attitude was hideous. Not apologetic in the least.

Had the absolute best experience at America's Best! I haven't gotten an eye exam in a few years and they made it so easy- and affordable! Senika helped me pick out glasses and with ordering them, and she was so sweet and a pleasure to interact with! For the pre exam Joanne was efficient and helpful. For the main portion of the exam Dr. Tang was great- she gave me so much info I had no idea about and stuff that other Doctors never covered in past visits. I signed up for the "club" promotion they have and it is genuinely an amazing deal. I can't believe I got 2 pairs of glasses, a full exam, and a month worth of contacts for the price I paid. I can not recommend this location/company enough!!
