I had an excellent experience at BJ's Optical! Dr. DiGiorgio was absolutely wonderful and identified a condition that no other optometrist had ever mentioned to me before--I'm so grateful for his thoroughness and care.
I honestly had some reservations about going to BJ's Optical, but this visit completely changed my mind. I will definitely be returning. The optician at the front desk was also fantastic--friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in making the process smooth and stress-free.

I visited this optical shop to get a prescription pair of glasses. Just before my appointment, the front desk guy mentioned I could bring my own glasses. However, after checking them, he claimed they were too old and insisted I needed to buy a new pair. It's frustrating because my glasses are Ray-Ban (Light Ray RB7039) and only two years old. It felt like he was just trying to make a sale. Not a great experience!

This appointment was state of the art for me. The equipment was high tech. Dana & Eric were amazing from the moment I arrived. They communicated well and were very helpful. Eye exam price is decent. I sent itemized receipt to my Union for reimbursement. Frame selection was good. They start at an economical price $60. I originally wanted 1 simple affordable pair but opted to purchase 2 frames only because of the selection and service. Glasses are an accessory that I must use daily so I don't mind splurging a little on nice looking pairs that make me feel confident!

This was my first virtual eye exam and I was very impressed the with entire procedure. Eric, the young technician, was very well informed and very professional. The virtual optometrist was excellent as well. Dana De Jesus, Licensed Optical Manager, is a very pleasant young woman and very accommodating in the scheduling process. A plus to using BJ's Optical is the price. The comprehensive exam as well as their price for the glasses is the most cost effective in this area. I shopped around!

Justin fitted my progressive glasses with amazing accuracy. I couldn't wear progressive's in the past. When explained my issues with past lenses he quickly understood and corrected my issues. Several weeks later my prescription changed and I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my glasses back and BJ's covered the new lenses for both pairs I had purchased.
I highly recommend not only BJ's for glasses but Justin's professionalism and accuracy. Thank you Justin - for finally fitting me with progressive's comfortably. It's truly changed my life.
