Terrible office! The doctor canceled my consultation appointment and the 2nd appointment when I got there, there was one guy ahead of me that was waiting one hour and I was told I would be after him. Clearly the doctor has no respect for patients and appointments. When I expressed my dis satisfaction to the receptionist, she replied tell the doctor. I simply walked out.

Dr. Kornstein along with Martha and Michael are terrific! I never mind going for my routine eye exams because they are all so kind and professional. Dr. Kornstein has an excellent bedside manner, is very smart and always thoroughly addresses any concerns I may have. A wonderful practice!

First off, the staff is really great! Front desk people are so nice. Second, Doctor Kornstein is the only doctor who has ever taken my dry eye seriously and given a solution other than re-wetting drops. I had a lipiflow procedure done with him and he and the office were very reassuring about all of my worries. Anyway, I can finally cry out of my left eye now and I couldn't for years.

Dr. Kornstein recently performed cataract surgery on my eye. I could not be happier with the medical care that I received. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery has been easy. He has excellent bedside manner, and I would highly recommend him. Approximately ten years ago he performed Lasik surgery on my eyes, and I had a similar experience with him at that time.

I had lasek surgery with Dr. Kornstein and I'm so happy I chose him. The surgery itself was quick and painless but I had some pain the following days. Dr. Kornstein came into the office twice after hours (once at 10pm when the pain was unbearable, and once on Saturday) to switch my contact lenses which helped a lot with the pain. It doesn't get more hospitable and kind than him! If you're thinking about lasik/PRK/lasek in the area I highly recommend him.

Thanks to Dr. Kornstein I can see now!!! Dr. Kornstein performed Lasek on me few months ago and I cannot be happier with the results. For years I was afraid of the procedure but when I met Dr. Kornstein, who performed numerous tests to make sure I was a good candidate, reassured me to go ahead. It's an unbelievable feeling to wake up and be able to see. The procedure was quick and I was able to return to work in a few days. The staff in the office is professional, warm and welcoming. I had a very poor vision for twenty years and I couldn't wear contacts; but that's no more thanks to an amazing doctor. Also, just wanted to add that Dr. Kornstein performed cataract surgery on both my mother and grandmother. So we are three generations happy with the results that Dr. Kornstein delivered. Thank you.

Maple Eye and Laser Center of White Plains New York is Ultimately the Best Opthalmologist and Eye Care Center I have ever been to and very professional. Dr Howard Kornstein did a very thorough examination on my eyes and took his time in doing so. He explained to me in every detail, my existing condition, and went over what to do and what is advised to rid my condition earlier than expected. Had I not seen Dr Kornstein on that day and hour, I am not so certain what my eye sight would be like today. In other words: Condition was very serious. After a peaceful office experience and his direction on how I would heal properly and quickly, my condition subsided within three days and totally gone five days later. I can not say enough here and how much I appreciate the very positive attention and care from Dr Howard Kornstein. Dr Kornstein performed lasik on me last week. The results are amazing. Within 24 hours I had 20/20 vision. A week later, my vision is perfect and the only side effect has been a bit of dry eyes. I am a very nervous patient, and Dr. Kornstein kept me calm throughout the procedure. I wish I did the procedure 10 years ago!
