Hudson River Eye Care

Fantastic service! We walked in today and were so impressed with the service from start to finish. The team couldn't be nicer or more professional. Terry at the front desk was able to get us seen right away with the doctor. She was so courteous and registered us quickly without any hassle. Not only did they accommodate seeing my son (11 yrs old), but they squeezed in my daughter (7 yrs old) too! Dr. Alami was so wonderful and made both my kids feel at ease with the exam. Stacey was also fantastic and got us some great discounts. We felt so lucky to be served by this "A" team! I highly recommend this practice!

I LOATHE doctors and everything associated with them but from the minute I made the appointment with Candace on the phone it was awesome! The entire staff was amazing!! I saw Dr. Alami but spoke and joked with Dr. Dedeo as well. I have NEVER felt so comfortable, it was like being with old friends! Jaquay who fitted me with my new glasses took an hour (yes an hour) to help me find a frame that we both liked and I truly trusted her immediately!! This was such an amazing experience, I cannot state it clearly enough: if you need glasses, contacts or just an eye exam- go here!! They are amazing! I can't wait to go pick up my new glasses just so I can say hi and see the entire staff again!!

Mary DeAngelo noticed a problem with my eye glass order from the other store and kindly brought it to my attention. I was able to rectify the miss understanding before it was too late. Unfortunately, the lenses arrived scratched and had to be reordered. Mary and other staff at the Tarrytown Road location, Jeremiah and Terry were extremely helpful. They gave me the phone number of the insurance company as it is easier for a policy holder to talk directly with a customer care manager than an optician. The nearly 2 month wait was made easier by the staff at Hudson River Eye Care White Plains - Cross Roads Shopping Center. Thank You!

I was there and even after having laser eye surgery 20 years ago, and decent vision, the doctor helped narrow down what glasses would help with my eye strain the the. Imputed and the phone and help with seeing in the dark better.... even though it's not a strong prescription I can't wait - when we got to the one that worked I couldn't believe how clear I could see versus no lenses. I really cannot wait for my glasses

Dr. Dedeo provided an eye examination. I found him to be personable, caring, patient and answering questions in a clear manner. He was very respectful of my time and tried to do everything efficiently and with grace. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist.

My husband and I have been coming here for two years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We always see Dr. DeDeo: Not only is he very professional, thorough and answers any questions we have very clearly and thoughtfully, he is great at making you feel very comfortable. We'd absolutely recommend this place!

TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING DOCTOR (ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KERATOCONUS): Dr. Dedeo is the best thing that could ever happen to someone with keratoconus. I came to him a year ago to be re-fitted for hyrid lenses (that were painful) and he suggested switching to scleral lenses (absolutely NO pressure, when you meet him you'll know he has your best interest at heart). Long story short, scleral lenses are the best thing that has ever happened to me and it's all thanks to him. Dr. Dedeo has a passion for what he does it shows. He's patient (cause I always have a lot of questions) and SO knowledgeable. I've been to COUNTLESS Optometrists and no one has ever put in the time and effort that he has to make sure my contacts fit me comfortably. A year later, here I am again for my annual check up and he hasn't changed a bit! Highly recommended to anyone who wants an Optometrist who cares!

Went in today for an emergency appointment and was well taken care of! The doctor was professional and detailed! I am so thankful for them! I would highly recommend them and look forward to seeing them in the future!
