Being new to the neighborhood, we wandered in after taking a walk around and getting a cup of coffee, and just exploring. My wife needed some new glasses, and we just happened by, so we stopped in. "Danny" was patient, and kind with my wife who was simultaneously interested in various frames, and peppered him with lots of questions. All his answers were straight forward and there was no sales pressure. In the end, once we chose a frame and lens combination, he got right to work and we had the finished pair a short time later. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we walked out happy campers. We'll be back!

I've been ordering contacts from this business for the past three years. When I recently tried ordering through another company, I was told my prescription was expired. That's understandable--but I was shocked to learn that this business had been letting me order with an expired prescription all along, without informing me. When I called to clarify, the woman I spoke to sounded uninterested and told me "Danny was doing me a favor." How is bypassing a legal requirement without telling me a favor? Now I'm stuck without contacts right before a trip. It feels like you were more interested in taking my money than ensuring I had proper care when I needed it.

We have been going to "Metro Vision" for over 20 years, always getting the best service in quality glasses for my son and daughters. It's like stopping in to see an old friend. Lots of laughs if your open to sharing stories. I would recommend this eye glass technician with no hesitation. One last story lol, one of my daughter's is in Japan and her glasses broke, he handled that for me as well. He definitely rises to the call of duty time after time.
