Love it here! I've been here a few times and have always enjoyed my experience here. There is an eye doctor on sight, who is available for appointments. And, they make your glasses prescriptions on sight, which is very convenient! The staff here was very helpful and friendly. They also have an array of frames available here. I love it here and will definitely be back again soon!

The service was really good and Dr.Brown was really nice and the guy in the front desk to.I recommend this place to anyone that want to do a quick eye exam.

Highly recommend this place. We drove from CT, also checked other stores in town but none of them, except WP Vision Care, had the eyeglasses my teenager daughter wanted. Exceptional service, the optician was more than helpful educating my daughter which eyeglasses fit her best and getting new lenses fit in about 10 min. Definitely will return.

I am surprised about low rating for this store on Yelp. In my opinion it is the best place in White Plains to buy a glasses. I had pretty bad experience in another stores in White Plains and this place was wonderful. They has a large sample of frames with different prices. We are free to try everything in our time. The attendant is polite and patient. She try understand our needs, not try force us buy more expensive things like in another stores that I have been here. The doctor is so careful and patient too. He did perfectly my prescription. I chose a not expensive frame. It was few months ago, and I still have no problems. I think they are efficient. So, I really recommend this place.

Spoke to the "owner" a day before and he said my insurance was accepted. I drove 30 minutes to location, paid for metered parking and even arrived early. I waited 25 min before I was given any paperwork to be filled out. After I filled out the paperwork I was told my insurance was not accepted. I was told the person who spoke to me the day before needs more training.

I went to the White Plains Vision Care for an insurance paid exam. I didn't have to wait, Chris the optician was very professional and friendly. Dr Brown gave me a very thorough eye exam and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall service. Definitely will go back when I need to!!

I ask if they will take my insurance thankfully they did. I call monday they gave me an appointment on Wednesday. I went in fill in some info and they took me right away. The doctor was super nice. They told my glasses will be ready by Friday, they call me the next day they were ready. They had super nice frames with the insurance. They were very professional. I had a nice experience at this place.

I had the worse experience with this place. They told me it'll take one day for my glasses to be ready, and of course it's not ready when I went to pick it up. It is now one weeks later, I still don't have my glasses. I understand delays and I am totally ok with it, but don't advertise it as a same day or one day ready service if you can't deliver. You should at least pick up the phone and call me to inform me it's not ready for pickup instead of having me going in multiple times! Who have time for this seriously!
